Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Which suburbs are covered?
I live centrally in Perth so cover all of the metro area. Depending how far outside of this area you are, depends on how much more notice you need to give me.
Q. How long will a photographer be in attendance at the birth?
I plan to arrive about an hour before the actual birth - obviously, this can't be set in stone. I prefer you to phone me when you first go into labour and stay in contact with me as you progress. Best to be early rather than late. Don't want to miss that important moment! I will stay for about an hour after delivery to capture those first precious family moments then I'll leave so you can get to know each other.
Q. What if the photographer can't attend the birth?
If I don't make your birth because of unforeseen circumstances, or there just isn't enough time I will get there as soon as I can and take photos of you with your newborn. If it is my misfortune i will refund the birth portion of your package!
Q. What are the chances of having twins?
Twins occur in about one in every 250 births in the general population. How lucky this was my first assignment. Thank you H, J, T & K for being so amazing.
